1 lb tomatoes 6 oz vegetarian feta cheese 3 tbsp olive oil salt and pepper half a cucumber, peeled 10 black olives, halved 1/4 red onion 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 2 tbsp chopped marjoram
1. Quarter the tomatoes, slice the cucumber and dice the cheese.
2. Place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and stir well
